1. Credit Report Application

Complete the online form below or download the application, return it via email with a copy of your Driver’s License using the SEND EMAIL button. This form may also be completed online below.

Each person over 18 and any co-signers need to submit a SEPARATE application and separate documents.

Each applicant(and cosigner) will need to submit:

- 3 months full .pdf paystubs
- 4 months full .pdf bank statements
- offer letter (if applicable)
- ID

If you are independent contractor please submit:

- last 2 years taxes
- 6 months most recent full .pdf statements showing of bank account so we can average the income.
- ID

If the app doesn’t prompt you to upload documents you can email to austin@skylighthomes.com.

2. Rental Application

This application is not available to be completed online. Download and return it via email using the SEND EMAIL button.
