Each applicant (and cosigner) will need to submit:

▸ 4 months full .pdf bank statements
▸ offer letter (if applicable)
▸ ID

If you are independent contractor please submit:
▸ last 2 years tax returns
▸ 6 months most recent full .pdf statements showing of bank account (we will average the income)
▸ ID
